Quotations sent out are only valid within the seasons within which rates have been quoted. Different seasons attract different rates at the time of booking and travel. So you will need to understand the various season rates that apply and also familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions for further information on guaranteeing your holiday price.
Deposits and Cancellation Charges
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The rest of the booking costs are required 60days before travel. Cancellation charges apply if cancellations happen within the 60 days of travel period. the nearer to the travel date, the higher the cancellation fee. All our quotations have the cancellation policy well outlined, familiarize yourselves.
How do i make payments
Payments can be wired directly to our bank accounts and prove of payment sent to our reservations office. We also allow mobile money payments and credit card payments through major recognised card providers.
Can i defer my travel plans?
Yes you may defer your travel dates. This is intricate but if done well early enough, it can be as seamless as possible. Take note of different seasons that may come into play hence change of price if the new travel dates fall into high / peak seasons than previously booked. We also will need to reconfirm availability with our luxury camps and lodges of the new dates and re-confirm availability. Deferring travel very close to travel dates may sometime lead to forfeiture of a large amount if not all booking deposits done. But we shall fight a good fight for you to try and level up your travel plans without incurring losses if any.
Do i need Visas to travel
Kindly check with your consulate and apply for all applicable visas to allow seamless travel
Do i need any vaccinations?
Depending on where you are travelling from, some form of vaccinations may be required before your entry to East Africa. Common in this list is the Yellow Fever Vaccination. We shall advise you well in advance before your travel.
Do i need travel insurance?
We believe that it is essential to take out insurance when you go on holiday and we strongly recommend to do so. We also ask that you provide us with details of your insurer and the policy number to assist you in the event of an accident or emergency abroad.
